Children's Vision
It is important to have your children’s eyes checked regularly, generally every 18 months to 2 years.
Whilst eye health issues are far less common than in adults, it is more common to see subtle problems with vision or eye muscles, which can have an effect on school progress and development.
If problems are detected, treatment may involve glasses or eye exercises, or possibly a combination of both.
In some cases, referral to an ophthalmologist (eye surgeon) may be required.
